To start a return, please email us at umber.tulsa@gmail.com with your order number. We accept returns for store credit within 14 days of purchase (minus original shipping fees). Items must be in new condition and unwashed with original tagging still attached.

Reminder - items can be denied for return if any of the following apply. washed/worn, deodorant marks, makeup or self-tanner, stains, detached tags, hair, odor, damage or missing pieces. 

Vintage items and sale/discounted items are final sale without exception. Take note of any final sale items noted in the product description.

Undergarments, swimsuits, jewelry, and body lotion products are final sale for hygienic reasons. Online orders can be returned for free for store credit that never expires.
