Shipping policy

Orders ship within 4 business days using standard shipping services. Email us at hello@umbershoppe.com to start a return. Our mailers can be re-used for returns; just re-adhere the package using the second layer of tape.

Returns (for store credit only) are accepted within 14 days of receiving your package. After 14 days we cannot accept your return request. No exceptions.
